Survey Acknowledgment

If my lender requires a Florida Form 9, title will be required to order a survey (typically $250–$500 depending on lot size). I understand title will order one on my behalf, and if the file cancels, it is my responsibility to cover that cost.

Lender (if financing)

I understand that ALL closing proceeds MUST be sent in the form of a WIRE prior to closing.

How You'll Take Title (Vesting)

Buyers should carefully consider how they hold title and may wish to consult legal counsel. Trusts, partnerships, corporations, and LLCs require supporting documents — please bring or email those.

Documents & Identity Verification

Take a photo with your phone or upload a file (JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF — up to 20 MB each). To verify your identity, we'll need a government-issued photo ID such as your driver's license or passport.

Additional Documents (optional — you can add several)

Helpful examples: passport, marriage certificate, trust documents, entity documents (LLC / corporation / partnership), power of attorney, or your loan pre-approval / commitment letter.
