Survey Acknowledgment

If my lender requires a Florida Form 9, title will be required to order a survey (typically $250–$500 depending on lot size). I understand title will order one on my behalf, and if the file cancels, it is my responsibility to cover that cost.

Lender (if financing)

I understand that ALL closing proceeds MUST be sent in the form of a WIRE prior to closing.

Wire Fraud Advisory

Criminals target real estate closings by hacking or imitating the emails of title companies, agents, lenders and attorneys and sending fake wiring instructions. Once a wire is sent to a criminal, the money is usually gone for good.

  • Atlantic Title Firm will NEVER change its wiring instructions by email, text, voicemail or phone call.
  • Before any wire, call us at a phone number you look up yourself (from our website, not from an email or text) to confirm the instructions with a team member. How to verify wire instructions.
  • Never use a phone number, link or attachment from an email to verify wire instructions.
  • If you suspect fraud, call your bank immediately to recall the wire, call us, and report it at ic3.gov.
  • Wire only from an account in your own name, and call us after you wire to confirm we received it.
I have read this Wire Fraud Advisory. I understand that Atlantic Title Firm will never change its wiring instructions by email, text or phone, that I must verify wiring instructions by calling Atlantic Title Firm at an independently verified number before sending any funds, and that Atlantic Title Firm is not responsible for funds I send using instructions I did not verify that way. I also agree to all terms of Atlantic Title Firm's Wire Fraud Advisory (Form ATF-WIRE-1), which are part of this acknowledgment, including that I release and will indemnify Atlantic Title Firm for losses from unverified wires or the compromise of my own (or my agent's, lender's or attorney's) email, phone or computer; that if I breach it or owe Atlantic Title Firm any amount under it, I will pay Atlantic Title Firm's attorneys' fees to collect or enforce it; and that Florida law applies with venue in St. Lucie County. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING FROM IT. My checkbox and initials are my electronic signature.

How You'll Take Title (Vesting)

Buyers should carefully consider how they hold title and may wish to consult legal counsel. Trusts, partnerships, corporations, and LLCs require supporting documents — please bring or email those.
