Survey Acknowledgment

If my lender requires a Florida Form 9, title will be required to order a survey (typically $250–$500 depending on lot size). I understand title will order one on my behalf, and if the file cancels, it is my responsibility to cover that cost.

Lender (if financing)

I understand that ALL closing proceeds MUST be sent in the form of a WIRE prior to closing.

How You'll Take Title (Vesting)

Buyers should carefully consider how they hold title and may wish to consult legal counsel. Trusts, partnerships, corporations, and LLCs require supporting documents — please bring or email those.

Want your real estate agent, transaction coordinator or attorney to see the documents in your secure Atlantic Title portal? Check each person you want to authorize and fill in their details. Leave this section blank if no one else should have access.
