Andrea Leeder, Esq. is a bilingual, multi-licensed professional and business consultant based in South Florida who brings an unusually complete perspective to the closing table. As a licensed Florida Title Agent — and, at the same time, an attorney, real estate broker, insurance agent, mortgage loan originator, claims adjuster, and online notary — she sees each transaction from the legal, financial, and real estate angles at once.

Her path to title work is anything but ordinary. Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2023 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2025, building on an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans. Before building her own practice she spent eight years in corporate media — with organizations including WPLG ABC 10, NBCUniversal Telemundo, and América CV Network — in roles spanning sales, research, and operations.

At Atlantic Title Firm, Andrea pairs that breadth with a simple commitment: clear communication, careful attention to detail, and closings that stay compliant and on schedule. Fluent in English and Spanish, she takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and turns Florida’s fast pace and complex rules into a confident next step.

Beyond her professional work, Andrea is an accomplished cellist who has performed on stages from the Kennedy Center to Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, serves as Executive Director of The Maecenas Society of the Arts, and is a devoted wife and mother of two sets of twins in Southwest Ranches.
