Mrs. Collazo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. She later obtained her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where she developed extensive legal knowledge and practical experience in property law, real estate transactions, contracts, and legal documentation. She also earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a concentration in Business from Minot State University.
Throughout her legal career in Puerto Rico, Lourdes handled matters related to property law, title transactions, mortgage and cash closings, legal document preparation, and client representation. In Florida, she has worked as a Title Processor and currently serves as a licensed Florida Title Agent associated with Atlantic Title Firm.
